1) You are not an agent yet - If you have less than 5 referrals, you will receive a referral bonus in your reward wallet. This money can be used to play games but cannot be withdrawn directly.

2) Your referral has already registered before - If a phone number is already registered, you will not receive the referral bonus.

3) Your referral funds are being verified - Once you become a Superstar, WINBIGINSTA's registration fraud detection algorithm will analyze the authenticity of your referral. You will receive the money within 2 calendar days of the referral. You can check it in the "Daily Settlement" section of the app.

4) Your referral funds are marked as fraud - The algorithm detected unfair behavior in your referrals and marked them as fraud. You can view this in the "Daily Settlement" section of the app.

No, there is no cap on the daily earnings you can earn through referrals.

Yes, you can withdraw your referral money instantly through UPI, PayTM, Bank Transfer etc. While withdrawals are instant in most cases, in some cases it may take up to 2 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
